Requirements

  • Passion for customer service and maintaining client relationships
  • 2 years experience in B2B sales or similar role
  • Financial services background preferred
  • Interest in technology and technical aptitude

Role

In this role you will:

  • Take care of an exsiting portfolio of 400+ clients within taxation/accounting
  • Generate and share educational resources, trainings, and best practices
  • Drive additional value by encouraging deeper feature adoption
  • Contribute to revenue generation through renewals, upsells, and expansions
  • Synthesize customer feedback and work with internal teams to reach customer needs
  • Create evangelists and advocates among your customer base

In order to deliver success you need to know your customers' goals. Clearly define and measure what your customers expect to accomplish through your product. For this role, the right candidate can expect a base salary up to $65,000 and an OTE of $100,000 (uncapped).
