A bit about the role:

As a contract manager your role will be to monitor a team of custodians in different cities around NSW. You will supervise, motivate, and direct the staff under your management, ensuring the standards of the company and expectations of the clients are met.

  • Travel to Griffith, Dubbo, and the Central Coast once a month.
  • Meeting monthly KPI's.
  • Manage timesheet and hiring activities including termination if required.
  • Staff training and development
  • Implementing of customer support activities including satisfaction surveys and prompt response to all enquiries and issues concerning the site including items requiring immediate attention.
  • Hosting bi-monthly "toolbox talks"
  • Undertaking various onsite inspections and audits
