Contacting new leads and conducting face to face business meetings with new prospects.
Ensuring a high standard of professionalism and customer service, creating referral and intermediary opportunities.
Prospecting and securing new business opportunities.
Autonomously achieving and exceeding set KPIs.
Understanding and conservatively selling the company's products and services.
The ideal candidate
2 years sales experience
Successful track record in B2B sales
A relevant network within the property/building management space (not necessary)
Experience in implementing and maintaining site operations and procedures
Great work ethic and hunter mentality
Proven ability to communicate with people of all professional backgrounds and seniority
