With expertise in real estate, tech and customer service, this company provides industry leading service to landlords and tenants and provide full-service property management.  

As they are experiencing extreme growth, this company is looking to expand their team and are on the search for a high performing and down to earth salesperson to join their team.

  
The Role:
  • Contacting qualified property investors by phone to explain how the companies service can support their property investment goals
  • Supporting new Landlords through the customer onboarding process
  • Work in conjunction with the Leasing team to get a Landlord's property 'rent-ready' before going to market to list for lease
Requirements:
  • You must have a consultative sales approach
  • 2 years’ experience in a phone sales role
  • An engaging personality with exceptional phone manner
  • Must be transactional, organised, capable and happy to call and convert
  • Have a good sales conversation and sales methodology
  • Real estate experience is attractive but not essential
  • A likeable, friendly personality
  • Relentless determination to always ensure your customers get a great experience
