Originating in the UK as a peer to peer lender, they took the view that the financial services sector was becoming difficult to navigate and desperately ineffectual in terms of rates available to consumers. They experienced such growth of the business that a company has been set up in Australia over 6 years ago and have grown significantly due to the strength of the service and product they offer.

The company specialise in providing customers with personal loans at a low rate of interest, allowing consumers to consolidate debts or to fund a wide variety of requirements.

Transparency and integrity are the core values of the business, helping consumers alleviate the stress of debts or reach their life's goals by providing financial stability.

The Opportunity:

As a Business Development Manager you'll be responsible for building new and maintaining strategic broker partner relationships and with consumer reseller of green products. This exciting and autonomous role would suit a driven and dynamic sales professional who has experience in the finance industry.

You will be part of a strong sales team who value culture and progression. Having an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to network will set you up for success and enable you to earn $150k in year one.

Must Have:

  • 2-5 years' experience in sales/finance related environment
  • Strong knowledge of consumer lending products and credit risk
  • A "hunting" mindset with the ability to self-start and drive leads independently
  • Exceptional time management and self-organisation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills to help you establish and build trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to develop and support introduction of new and improved methods, products, procedures or technologies
