The Opportunity

  • Provide admin support to team effectively
  • Monitor and Manage Workflow
  • Training and Mentoring of less experience off-site staff
  • Drive & Co-ordinate Client Invoicing and Receivable Management
  • Maintaining electronic/digital document management system
  • Supervision of the maintenance client database
  • Taking a proactive part in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
  • Meeting & Greeting guests/clients and
  • General administration duties as required

Do you have?

  • Minimum 1+yrs Years Previous Experience in a Support Role
  • A positive attitude with a drive to succeed and the preparedness to grow
  • Confident and capable with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with a can-do attitude and an excellent attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • A general ability to multi-skill across the administration functions
