The Company:

One of the worlds largest and most successful commercial vehicle production companies are looking to source and experienced NSW Key Account Manager to service their existing accounts and develop new business within both the public and private sector companies.

The company are experiencing extensive growth so require a new Key Account Manager to service the growing portfolio of clients that are being brought on due to the new generation of models that have just been released.

The company produce a large variety of vehicles, from marine, through buses to trucks. This role focuses on servicing existing accounts across a wide variety of sectors, both public and government. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for providing their clients with solutions to their needs across New South Wales, solely for purchasing buses and service maintenance.

The right candidate will be able to converse with a wide range of professionals from C-Level executives through to warehouse managers, building and forming relationships, with a strong ability to negotiate.

Results orientated and driven sales professionals with relevant industry experience will able to succeed and profit from the commission structure offered by the company.

Targets are based on volume penetration and revenue generated. The successful applicant will have the right attitude and ability to drive business and deal with large corporate accounts. They will also be able to coordinate and manage projects.

Whats in it for you?

The successful candidate will be provided with a generous base salary and commission structure which will see them earning in excess of $130,000 dollars per annum. They will also be provided with a top of the range company car along with a fuel card.

As this is a role that requires travel throughout NSW there will be a lot travel involved to build and provide the service that the accounts require.

The successful applicant will have the right attitude and the ability to work within a team as well as autonomously. It is necessary to build relationships and forge new ones to be successful in this role.

Having an already established network from which to leverage from would be beneficial.

  • Experience in a similar role within heavy vehicle sales, fleet sales or yellow goods sales.
