Recently there has been a shift in consumer behaviour, people have less time to negotiate with a myriad of dealerships and spend hours out of their week sourcing a car for the right price.

The company require a dynamic and driven sales professional with experience in the automotive sector. Professionals with drive and a natural sales ability, who are good negotiators and natural closers are needed to source new vehicles for customers that have often been pre-approved for finance or are searching for an alternative to the traditional, time consuming dealership set up.

What you need:

  • We are looking for sales professionals with an unwavering self-belief in their ability to sell and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Determination, drive and a desire for financial rewards
  • Adaptability and hunger to succeed
  • Previous car sales experience and a passion for motor vehicles
  • A proven track record of exceeding and smashing KPI's
  • Natural closing ability
  • Phone based outbound selling is advantagious

2 years at least relevant industry experience in automotive sales
