You will get leads to start with to understand the product and process. The team in Sydney is growing and you will be trained up to make you a successful BDM within the space. The role is highly autonomous, and you will need to have a unique skill set to fit the requirements.
What is required to be successful?
- Understanding the value of websites/social media and branding - Basic knowledge of digital marketing - 1-2 years of Business Development/recruitment experience - B2B sales and or tech sales experience - Understanding of the recruitment industry - Outgoing personality who enjoys being out and about - Salesforce experience (not required but looked upon favorably) - Experience working autonomously
