This is a really exciting opportunity for an experience Customer Service Advisor to join a fast growing logistics broker who have a fantastic reputation in the industry. 

You'll be working along side a really dynamic and energetic team who have been smashing goals over the last 4 years in business. 

Having recently hired another salesperson, they have a really exciting couple of years ahead. 

The company are a domestic freight/logistics broker who have built a fantastic foundation and have some very strong client relationships.

The role: 

As the Customer Service Advisor you will be an integral part to the business and you'll be part of this exciting growth journey moving forward.

As the main point of contact for enquires, queries and other front line duties you'll have a diverse role in which no day is the same. 
The company provide an exceptional service and are looking for someone to maintain this reputation.
  • Manage all enquiries through email, inbound and outbound calls.
  • Liaise with internal team to make sure jobs are actioned quickly and effectively.
  • Booking freight and logistics requirements with customers on a daily basis
  • Ensuring you manage your day effectively and prioritising important tasks
Skills and experience: 
  • A minimum of 1 years experience within the transport/freight and logistics industry
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to think on your feet and outside the box
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skill-set
