The Opportunity:

As a Sales Recruiter you'll be instrumental in the expansion of one of the fastest growing recruitment firms in Australia.

This will be a 360° recruitment role where you will be consulting with new employers and acting as a trusted advisor to employees, all the while receiving ongoing one on one training from the Co-founder as you develop. You'll have access to the best back end systems to ensure your time is optimized and your focus is on developing key relationships.


Ideally you will possess:

  • Previous experience in Sales or in an HR environment
  • Experience working in a challenging sales environment
  • Good time management/administrative skills
  • A high level of emotional intelligence
  • Empathy, confidence, tenacity, resilience, integrity, a personable nature, patience and a sense of humour
