 This company is a well-established furniture retail business who operate 3 different brands. They have experienced extreme success and are growing rapidly, currently doubling the sales of extremely well known, giant furniture stores.

This company focuses heavily on technology with the vision of re-inventing the furniture business. Setting them aside from the rest. This tech makes paperwork non-existent and the sales process seamless as you can heavily focus on sales rather than worry about things such as finding what is in stock.

The role

This is a Sales Representative role where you will have the responsibility to have a consultative sales approach to customers to get the sale across the line.

You must be an intelligent communicator and respond to a customer in a speedy and witty way and be the type not to be aggressive on your approach.
As these stores have been strategically positioned as destination stores, this means majority of customers who walk through the door are warm customers as they would be coming in knowing what they are looking for. This means an easier sell for you which means more commission and money in your pocket!

About you
  • Experience working within for a furniture store is extremely beneficial although not essential
  • 1-2 years + as a successful sales person
  • Being able to get a sale across the line / approach a customer without being too pushy
  • Switched on with the ability to have an intelligent conversation
  • Able to work quickly and under pressure
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • The right attitude is essential
  • Not interested in anyone who is stubborn or arrogant / unable to change your sales approach
